TERMS & CODITIONS

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Muita Paz establishes check-in time from 2 pm to 6 pm, and check-out time, until 11 am.

EARLY CHECK IN – LATE CHECK OUT
The value of these additional items corresponds to 50% of the daily rate for early check-ins between 9 am and late check-outs between 11 am and 6 pm. 
If the Check-In is before 9 am and the departure is after 6 pm, 100% of the daily rate must be paid.

PETS
Muita Paz does not allow pets.
We have three beautiful dogs: Amigo, Appa and Momo

ACCESSIBILITY 
Muita Paz has no accommodations adapted for people with disabilities or reduced or limited mobility. 

RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY
The pousada provides a free safe in each room, therefore, it is not responsible for damage or loss of valuables within the hotel.
On the other hand, the accommodations have valuable objects. The guest will be responsible for any damage, theft or loss. All expenses incurred for repair or replacement will be paid by the guest.
By making the reservation, you accept our policies and conditions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE TRAVELING

  • Plan enough money for your activities, there are no banks in Atins. 
  • Some accommodations at Muita Paz have Air Conditioning and some others do not and rely on natural ventilations with Venetians windows and fan. Please inform yourself in advance. 
  • In Muita Paz we have free Wi-Fi, but the service may be limited.
  • The only cell phone and 4G coverage in Atins is through the carrier VIVO.
  • Voltage on Atins is 220V.
  • Remember to bring repellent and sunscreen.
  • Loud music, parties and social events are not allowed inside the Pousada / Houses.
  • Organize your transfers and tours well in advance! Services are not always available. Check out our TOURS menu and contact us if you need assistance.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • When making a reservation, personal information is collected, such as name, CPF, email, etc. By voluntarily participating in the buying and selling process, the customer agrees with the collection of their data.
  • All data collected is used exclusively to comply with Brazilian legislation and is restricted to necessary management requirements.
  • Use of personal information for purposes other than lodging, such as marketing actions, is previously communicated to the customer, who is free to allow or deny such use.
  • The disclosure of personal data only occurs in case of legal demands or in case of a contract breach by the customer to the terms and conditions established in this document.
  • To protect customers’ personal information, precautions are taken according the industry best practices to ensure that information will not be inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
  • The debit and credit card information used for payments on reservations made directly on the Pousada’s website is encrypted using “secure socket layer” technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption.
  • In general, the third-party providers used by the Pousada only collect and use personal information from customers to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies. It is recommended that you read their respective privacy policies.
  • In particular, certain suppliers may be based or have facilities in different jurisdictions than Brazil or the customer’s one. Accordingly, by proceeding with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, the information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, a customer located in Canada and a transaction processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, may be subject to privacy policies under United States law, including the Patriot Act. Once the customer leaves the Pousada’s website or is redirected to a third-party website or application, they will no longer be governed by this Privacy Policy or the Pousada website’s Terms of Service.
  • When the customer clicks on links on the Pousada’s website, he may be directed outside the environment of our website. The Pousada is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.
  • The Pousada reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after their publication on the Pousada’s website.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY

For reservations made more than 30 days in advance: a 50% deposit within 48 hours of making the reservation and the remaining 50%, 30 days before the arrival date. 

Reservation without proven payment within the deadline, will be canceled automatically.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation, no-show, or early check-out.
